Managing total system redesigns and transit development plans in cities as diverse as Jerusalem, Baltimore, Brainerd, Minnesota and Clarksburg, Maryland have given me a toolbox of highly transferable approaches and skills including evaluating existing conditions, listening to stakeholder needs, interpreting all available data sources, developing feasible service plans, explaining those plans to stakeholders, and conducting post-implementation evaluation to ensure that the plans are in fact beneficial to stakeholders and to the overall agency budget.  This portfolio exhibits samples of my work from these and other projects I have been involved with during my career.
